Eliza is a litigation paralegal with environmental and natural resource experience. She assists in all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including managing documents, drafting pleadings, requests, and responses, fact investigation, and deposition and trial preparation. Eliza assisted with the discovery process and trial preparation in the defenses of claims associated with the 2014 Oso Landslide. Eliza has technical experience in Relativity and CaseLogistix databases, and is adept at using technology to solve project management and organizational challenges.
Eliza graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, double majoring in Information Science and American History. She wrote her honors thesis on information overload and information avoidance in student social media use.
