Kristine Williams is a complex litigation paralegal with extensive environmental law experience, including case management, document review and analysis, processing and managing ESI, and preparation for and management of mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Kristine also is skilled in managing databases including Concordance and Relativity, and building and operating Trial Director. 

Over the past ten years, Kristine has assisted clients with environmental investigations related to the Lower Duwamish Waterway, including preparing expert reports, reviewing and analyzing documents, and organizing and managing electronic data. She also helps clients secure and renew various state permits, by serving as liaison between clients and state agencies and collecting and providing pertinent client materials. In addition, Kristine coordinates and assists client with various aspects of compliance audits, including site visits and document and data collections.

Kristine also has extensive experience in environmental litigation as she serves as lead paralegal in the defense of lawsuits arising from the 2014 Oso Landslide and 2007 Chehalis River Flood Event.  She also assists in administrative appeals of Environmental Impact Statements, specifically helping in the appeal of the Alaskan Way, Promenade, and Overlook Walk Final Environmental Impact Statement.
